Larry Murphy (host in this video) is a teacher, pastor and missionary who trains world leaders, mission agencies, and church leaders in the areas of globalization, the multi-ethnic explosion and Islam in America. He was born and raised as an Armenian in San Francisco and lived in the middle eastern neighborhoods in New York. In 1983 he was in Beiruit during the bombing of the embassy and marine barracks and during the kidnapping period. He comes from a background of urban culture, prisons, and drugs. He has ministered in over 20 countries with Teen Challenge, Inter Varsity, Youth for Christ, Prison Fellowship and many national ethnic churches.
