This is an adaptation of Tolstoy's short story "Where Love Is." Martin the Cobbler is struggling with personal tradegy. Feeling that God has abandoned him. Martin drags everyone's spirit down. One day a friend from Martin's past helps fan the last spark of faith and assures Martin that an important visitor is coming to see him.
