1. What is M.A.R.C?

M.A.R.C (Michigan Area Resource Center) is an audio-visual media and music lending library, open to all United Methodist churches and affiliated agencies in Michigan. Resources are available on a borrowing basis, similar to any library. MARC Office hours are Monday-Wednesday, 8:30am-5:00pm.

2. What's Offered?

MARC offers over 4,000 video titles (including DVD format) and 700 sheet music titles along with other media resources such as audio resources, print materials, and maps and media kits for all ages on various subjects.

3. What's the Cost?

In order to fully and cost-effectively utilize MARC resources, churches/charges are encouraged to sign up for an annual subscription. The 2012 annual membership fee ranges from $52 to $156 depending on the church membership size. Non-subscribing United Methodist churches/charges are also able to utilize MARC, but will be required to pay a $25 rental fee per resource.
